Nava Nest guarantees that all of our ceramic, stainless steel, and silicone products are independently tested and certified 100% free of Lead, Cadmium, BPA, PVC, and Phthalates. We are committed to transparency; view our SGS Testing Report.
Nava Nest offers a 30-Day Limited Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. This includes, but is not limited to, issues with the stainless steel finish, flaws in the ceramic glaze, and separation of the silicone suction base from the ceramic.
What it DOES NOT Cover: Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage (scratches), improper use (e.g., placing the plate in a direct flame), or damage from impact (dropping the ceramic).
We guarantee the effectiveness of our silicone suction base on a clean, flat surface. If you are not satisfied with the suction power, contact us within 14 days for a full refund or a replacement, no questions asked.
If your Nava Nest ceramic item arrives chipped, cracked, or broken, we will replace it immediately, free of charge. Simply email our customer support team at hello@navanest.com.sg with a clear photo of the damaged product and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery.
We accept exchanges on all unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged.
Ceramic is durable but not unbreakable. DO NOT use chipped or cracked ceramic pieces as they may pose a safety risk. Inspect plates before each use. Our warranty is void if the product has been tampered with or used inappropriately.
